Welcome to "Chez Chaffrais"!
"Chez Chaffrais" is a 31m² apartment on the corniche in Sète. Ideal for family vacations, couples or friends, it can accommodate up to 5 people. A private parking space is also available.
Owner's tour:
The kitchen is equipped with various appliances to make your stay easier, including a Philips Cucina classic coffee maker, a Dolce Gusto coffee maker, a Tefal electric kettle, a Seb toaster, a Micrologic microwave and an Indesit refrigerator with freezer compartment. You'll also find a set of crockery, glasses, cutlery, bowls and cups.
The living room features an LG TV, a corner sofa bed offering a comfortable space to relax, and a table for 4.
The terrace lets you enjoy the outdoors. It is equipped with a plastic table and 5 chairs, as well as a charcoal barbecue. A 3m artificial turf area has been laid out under the lemon tree, adding a touch of greenery.
The bathroom is equipped with a Bluesky washing machine, a 100L water heater and a 500W electric towel dryer.
The master bedroom is furnished with a 140cm bed with built-in storage.
The small bedroom has a bunk bed with a single bed above (90cm), a 140cm sofa bed below and a 6-shelf storage unit.
La Conciergerie Charles Osborn offers you a warm welcome in the accommodation and will be available throughout your stay to meet all your needs (car rental, cab transport, home chef, activities, event services).
We are committed to providing you with clean and welcoming accommodation, which is why we take care of cleaning the apartment on your departure. What's more, to help you travel light, we can rent you bedding sets.
A 15-minute walk will take you to the Place de la Corniche, where you'll find a wide range of everyday shops, including a market, Carrefour express, bakery, butcher and La Vie Claire. The city center is a 10-minute drive away. The Corniche beach is a 10-minute walk away.
Montpellier Sud de France airport and train station are 45 minutes away by car.
Sète train station is 20 minutes away by car.
Airport/station transfer available on request.

Additional notes
- Arrival out of office opening hours: Arrange collection of the keys with the agency. The remaining amount must be paid the following day at the reception.
- The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection.
- We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination.
- During the low-season check in and check-out hours are flexible. Contact the agency to discuss possibilities .
- Tourist tax not included.
