Ideal for a couple with two children, this apartment offers all the necessary comfort and will give you unforgettable memories of family vacation.
At the entrance, a corridor gives access to the different rooms of the house.
To the right of this corridor, a kitchen equipped with induction plates and a traditional oven as well as an integrated microwave oven, all the equipment necessary for cooking as well as many storage. It also has a fridge with freezer, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a toaster and a kettle.
To the left of the entrance corridor, the master bedroom has a double bed, two bedside tables, a dresser, a mirror and several storage. The room has its own bathroom with shower, toilet and sink.
To the right of the corridor, the second WC and the second bathroom/bathtub equipped with a sink and a washing machine.
At the end of the corridor, a large child's bedroom with two superimposed single beds, an office, several storage and access to the terrace.
Finally, at the bottom left, a bright living room with a dining table for 5 people, a flat screen TV, a 3 -seater sofa, and storage cupboards.
The living room, as well as the children's bedroom, give access to a 15m² terrace equipped with a table for 4, two lounge chairs, and a coffee table offering a beautiful view of the sea, ideal for eating with the family after a nice day Sunny, a morning of relaxation and a tanning session.

Access to the apartment is through a main door with a key. An elevator is at your disposal. The apartment is located on the third floor on the right.
The Charles Osborn concierge will be present to welcome you. A private concierge will be available during your vacation to meet all your requests (transport, reservations, home kitchen, outdoor activities, racing delivery, etc.).
The Nilsson is located a 15-minute walk from the city center and 5 minutes by car from the Corniche beach.
You will appreciate the many local shops near the apartment (Auchan, bakery, restaurants, etc.).

Sea Theater: 3 min walk
Montpellier airport and Montpellier Sud de France station at 45 minutes.
Sète station 10 minutes (by car).
