we take care of cleaning for you.
Travel light! We rent you bedding sets for €20 per set during your stay.
Ideal for a couple with two children, this apartment offers all the comforts you need for an unforgettable family vacation.
You enter immediately into the living room. The kitchen is equipped with electric hob and microwave oven, all the necessary cooking equipment and plenty of storage space. It also features a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker and kettle.
To the right, the living room leads to the beautiful and pleasant veranda, which is bathed in natural light. To the left, the bathroom with shower and the cosy bedroom.

Access to the apartment is via a main door with a key. The apartment is located on the second floor on the right.
Keys can be collected from the concierge.
Address: 22 corniche de Neuburg, 34200 SETE less than 5 minutes' walk away.
The apartment is 100 meters from the Corniche beach.
The Place de la Corniche can be reached on foot in less than 5 minutes and offers a wide range of shops: bakery, butcher's shop, pharmacy, organic food store, wine shop, fishmonger's, mini-market, laundromat, bike rental, etc.
Two Michelin-starred restaurants are less than 15 minutes away by car: La Coquerie and The Marcel.
Montpellier airport and Montpellier Sud de France train station 45 minutes away.
Sète train station 10 minutes away (by car).
Airport/station transfer available on request.
Car rental also available on request.
Keys delivered directly to Conciergerie Charles Osborn between 2pm and 7pm.

Additional notes
- The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection.
- We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination.
- There will be an extra cost for key collection on a bank holiday.
- Refund of security deposit by cash the departure day, if not possible by transfer bank
- Arrival out of office opening hours: Arrange collection of the keys with the agency. The total amount must be paid in advance.
- Late arrivals: Make arrangements for late arrival with the destination agency. The total amount of the booking must be paid locally upon arrival.
- The keys must be picked up during the above mentioned hours only.
