Sumptuous 80 square meter apartment offering a view of Villeroy beach, ideal for holidays with friends or family. In a secure residence, with swimming pool, elevator and two private parking spaces.
We are keen to offer you clean and welcoming accommodation, which is why we take care of cleaning the apartment when you leave. In addition, to allow you to travel light, we provide you with bedding sets during your stay.

The apartment has an air -conditioned living room with a flat -screen TV, a two -seater corner sofa.
An American kitchen overlooking the living room, fully equipped (oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster).
Terrace with an outdoor table for 6 people, a plancha and a magnificent view of the sea.
Two spacious bedrooms with bedding in 160 and cupboards.
A bathroom with walk -in shower and closet.
"l'Horizon Royal Mer" is located in the Villeroy de Sète district in a secure residence.
Access to the residence with badge.
Parking with two private spaces.
Private real estate concierge Charles Osborn will be responsible for welcoming you within the accommodation. We are listening to you in case of needs.
You will reach the city center of Sète in 15 minutes by car to take advantage of the many businesses of the daily life: market of Halles de Sète, Monoprix, flea market on Sunday. Place de la Corniche is located 5 minutes by car. La Fontaine beach is located 300 meters on foot.
Airport and Montpellier Sud de France station 45 minutes by car.
The Sète station is 20 minutes by car.

Additional notes
- Arrival out of office opening hours: Arrange collection of the keys with the agency. The remaining amount must be paid the following day at the reception.
- The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection.
- We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination.
- During the low-season check in and check-out hours are flexible. Contact the agency to discuss possibilities .
- Tourist tax not included.
- Arrival out of office opening hours: Arrange collection of the keys with the agency. The total amount must be paid in advance.
