Welcome to Casa Cette!
Superb apartment of 156 square meters crossing from the quays of the canal of Sete to the view on the Mont Saint-Clair. It offers all the necessary comfort to spend a wonderful vacation with family or friends.
Enjoy your vacation without worrying about housekeeping. On your arrival you will find a clean apartment and on your departure
we take care of cleaning the accommodation for you.

As soon as you enter the apartment, you will be charmed by the ochre color of its walls, giving the apartment a warm and elegant look that highlights its modern yet traditional design.
Opposite and to the right of the entrance is a double living room with a dining room equipped with a table for 6 people and plenty of storage space to enjoy convivial meals, as well as a spacious living room with a sofa for 8 people, seating and a large flat screen TV, ideal for relaxing after your excursions. It also offers a breathtaking view of the docks of the port of Sete.
On the left, a beautiful kitchen with a huge bay window and all the necessary equipment will allow you to have your breakfast and to cook while enjoying a pleasant luminosity. It has a table for 6 people, an American refrigerator, an espresso machine, an oven, a microwave and a dishwasher.
The kitchen opens onto a large covered terrace of 30m2, covered with a wooden floor and an outdoor living room to enjoy a breathtaking view of Mont Saint-Clair. It will be ideal to have a drink in the early evening or practice your sport in the morning.
The first room with a view of the docks is equipped with a Queen Size bed (160 cm), a flat screen TV, elegant furniture and plenty of wall storage. Sliding doors lead to a beautiful private bathroom with a large walk-in shower, sink, toilet and heated towel rack.
The second bedroom, accessible from the dining room, also has a queen size bed (160 cm) and a flat screen TV. On its right, a direct access to the terrace (under construction) which offers a splendid view on the Mont Saint-Clair. On the left, a large dressing room to store your belongings as well as a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, a sink, a toilet and a heated towel rack.
Finally, there is a laundry room and toilet accessible from the living room, with a washing machine and dryer.
The apartment is equipped with wifi, a giant screen that makes a picture during its watch.
Reversible air conditioning in all rooms.
Access to the apartment is through a main door with key. An elevator is at your disposal. The apartment is located on the second floor on the left.
The Charles Osborn concierge will be there to greet you. A private concierge will be available during your vacation to assist you with all your requests (transportation, reservations, home cooking, outdoor activities, grocery delivery, etc...).
La Casa Sète is located 15 minutes by car from the Lazaret beach and 15 minutes by car from the Corniche beach (see aerial view photo).
The city center is less than 5 minutes away on foot, with many shops nearby: Les Halles de Sète market, monoprix, and a flea market on Sundays.
Two Michelin starred restaurants are less than 15 minutes away by car: Le Marcel and La Coquerie.
Montpellier airport and Montpellier Sud de France train station are 50 minutes away.
The train station of Sète is 10 minutes away (in summer).
Airport/station transfer available upon request.
