Beautiful 40m2 apartment with terrace on the ground floor located 150 meters from the beach, it benefits from all the comfort necessary to spend wonderful holidays with family or friends.

Small tour of the owner:
After crossing the residence's electric gate, you will find a private parking space attached to the accommodation.
The accommodation is located on the ground floor.
Once the front door has passed, you will first find a living room equipped with a TV with flat screen, a sofa for 3 people as well as a coffee table and storage spaces. The living room also has a dining table as well as chairs for 4 people.
The kitchen, adjoining the living room, is equipped with everything you need to cook tasty meals for your guests: fridge, induction hobs, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, Senseo coffee machine and filter coffee machine, as well as many kitchen utensils.
On your left, a veranda with large bay windows is equipped with a convertible sofa, several chairs and a table, as well as many ideal beach toys for children. The veranda gives access to a shaded outdoor terrace, perfect for resting in the evening after a day at the beach. Finally, a small gate located at the end of the terrace provides access to the beach 150 meters from the residence.
A first bedroom is equipped with a double bed, a wall bedside table with bedside lamp, a chair and storage spaces. A fan will also allow you to benefit from a little freshness during summer nights
A second bedroom is equipped with a single bed and storage spaces.
Finally, you will find a shower room with a shower, a sink, an electric towel dryer and toilet.

Access to the residence by an electric gate, private parking space available. Access to the accommodation on the ground floor.
The Charles Osborn concierge will be present to welcome you. A private concierge will be available during your vacation to respond to each of your requests (transport, reservation, home cook, outdoor activities, delivery of ECT races)
The cushy is located 3 minutes walk from the Corniche beach.
Place de la Corniche is accessible on foot in less than 5 minutes and has many shops: bakery, butcher, pharmacy, organic store, wine merchant, fishmonger, supermarket, laundromat, bicycle rental, etc.
Two restaurants rewarded with a Michelin star are less than 15 minutes by car: the corestry and The Marcel.
Montpellier airport and Montpellier Sud de France station at 50 minutes.
Sète station 20 minutes (summer).

Additional notes
- The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection.
- We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination.
- There will be an extra cost for key collection on a bank holiday.
- Refund of security deposit by cash the departure day, if not possible by transfer bank
- Arrival out of office opening hours: Arrange collection of the keys with the agency. The total amount must be paid in advance.
- Late arrivals: Make arrangements for late arrival with the destination agency. The total amount of the booking must be paid locally upon arrival.
- The keys must be picked up during the above mentioned hours only.
