The living room as well as the dining room are linked together with magnificent glass doors.
In the living room, a television, a devilet sound system, a large comfort chair then join the dining room and find a beautiful and large table for eight people.
A very large, perfectly well equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, dishwasher, gas hob, a large American refrigerator with double door and ice cube distributor.
Bathroom with walk -in shower, towel dryer and washing machine.
Three bedrooms: the first with a King size bed, the second with a double bed and the last with two single beds.

Access to the apartment by a main key door. The apartment is located on the first level.
The accommodation is located 20 minutes by car from Lazaret beach and the Corniche beach (see aerial view photo)
The city center is accessible on foot in less than 5 minutes, with numerous shops nearby: market of the Halles de Sète, Monoprix, flea market on Sunday.
A few meters from the accommodation find an excellent gourmet restaurant: the quay opposite.
Two restaurants rewarded with a Michelin star are less than 15 minutes by car: The Marcel and the Coquerie.
The Charles Osborn concierge will be present to welcome you. A private concierge will be available during your vacation to respond to each of your requests (transport, reservation, home cook, outdoor activities, delivery of ECT races)
Montpellier airport and Montpellier Sud de France station at 50 minutes.
Sète station 20 minutes (summer)
Airport/station transfer possible on request.
