Brand new, recently built apartment of 50m² offering a sea view ideal for vacations with friends.
Short tour of the owner:
The apartment has a living room with a TV, a double sofa bed overlooking a fully equipped open kitchen (oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, induction cooker, kettle).
Terrace with an outdoor table for 6 people and a magnificent view of the sea.
A master suite with 160 cm bed, closet, access to a private balcony with view on the Thau Lagoon and a bathroom with shower and storage.
The "Vista Mare" is a secured apartment located on the 3rd floor.
Access to the building with badge.
Residential garage.
The Charles Osborn Conciergerie will give you a warm welcome in the apartment and will be available throughout your stay to meet all your needs (car rental, cab transportation, home chef, activities, event services).
We are committed to providing you with a clean and welcoming home, which is why we take care of cleaning the apartment upon your departure. Furthermore, to allow you to travel light, we provide you with bedding sets during your stay.
You will reach the city center of Sète in 5 minutes on foot to take advantage of the numerous daily shops: market of Les Halles de Sète, Monoprix, flea market on Sunday. The Corniche square is 15 minutes away by car. The beach of Lazaret is located at 17 minutes by car.
Montpellier Sud de France airport and train station are 45 minutes away by car.
The train station of Sète is located at 10 minutes by car.
Airport/station transfer possible on request.
Car rental also on request.

Additional notes
- Arrival out of office opening hours: Arrange collection of the keys with the agency. The remaining amount must be paid the following day at the reception.
- The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection.
- We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination.
- During the low-season check in and check-out hours are flexible. Contact the agency to discuss possibilities .
- Tourist tax not included.
- Arrival out of office opening hours: Arrange collection of the keys with the agency. The total amount must be paid in advance.
- Late arrivals: Make arrangements for late arrival with the destination agency. The total amount of the booking must be paid locally upon arrival.
