Large bright living room and fully equipped semi-open kitchen. (oven, microwave, nexpresso coffee machine, kettle, blender)
Dining table for 6 people, TV large screen with Internet access (Netflix, YouTube) as well as access to Internet fiber throughout the accommodation.
Two large bedrooms with Queensize bed (160)
A bathroom with WC and a double bathroom with shower, bath and WC.
Moroccan lounge in a loggia with the possibility of accommodating 2 children. (and only children)
Large storage dressing room.
Reversible air conditioning in all rooms.
Take advantage of your vacation without worrying about the cleaning. When you arrive, find clean accommodation, cleaning ladies go into the accommodation after your departure.
Travel light! Bedding sets are available to you.

Access to the apartment by a main key door. An elevator is at your disposal. The apartment is located on the first floor on the left.
The Charles Osborn concierge will be present to welcome you. A private concierge will be available during your vacation to respond to each of your requests (transport, reservation, home cook, outdoor activities, delivery of shopping, etc.)
The accommodation is located 15 minutes by car from Lazaret beach and the Corniche beach (see aerial view photo)
The city center is accessible on foot in less than 5 minutes, with numerous shops nearby: market of the Halles de Sète, Monoprix, flea market on Sunday.
Two restaurants rewarded with a Michelin star are less than 15 minutes by car: The Marcel and the Coquerie.
Montpellier airport and Montpellier Sud de France station at 50 minutes.
Sète station 10 minutes away.
Airport/station transfer possible on request.
Car rental also on request.
