Once the electric portal has passed, the external environment of the villa from here and elsewhere will seduce you with its vegetation offering shadow as well as the possibility of parking a car inside.
The garden, surrounding the house, has a sheltered dining table for 6 people, a gas plancha and an outdoor living room for 4 people.
After passing the front door, you will appreciate the brightness of the villa from here and elsewhere, its elegant and contemporary decoration as well as its freshness thanks to the air conditioning present in all the rooms.
On the ground floor, you will first find a spacious and bright living room with a sofa for three people, a coffee table, a TV with flat screen, a armchair and a pouffe for two people.
The kitchen area consists of a dining room with a dining table for 6 people as well as a kitchen equipped with all the comfort necessary to cook delicious meals: induction hobs, oven, toaster, fridge, Freezer, dishwasher ... A kitchen island equipped with four chairs will allow you to snack while waiting for the meal to be ready.
Behind the kitchen, you will find a laundry room equipped with a washing machine and a dryer.
Toilets are also present on the ground floor.
Finally, you will find a first bedroom equipped with a Queen Size bed, two bedside tables, storage spaces as well as a bathroom with walk -in shower and sink.
Upstairs, after mounting the stairs, a corridor provides access to the different parts.
You will thus find a first bright bedroom equipped with a double bed, two bedside tables, wall lamps and storage spaces.
A second bedroom is equipped with two single beds, two bedside tables with lamps as well as storage spaces.
A third room, which can act as a games room for children, has a single bed, a large sofa for three people, a coffee table and a TV with flat screen, as well as a PlayStation with games and controllers.
You will also find a beautiful bathroom with a large bathtub and a double basin, as well as toilets.
Finally, a terrace equipped with deckchairs is accessible on the first floor and will offer you tasty moments of relaxation.

Access to the villa by an electric gate overlooking the garden and the garage. Access to the accommodation through the front door.
